PROFESSIONAL TRANSLATION PROCESS
OJT’s translationis carried out in a closed and compact process which covers analysis of documents, development of glossaries, solicitation of advice from technical experts, translation, review of contents and terminology, review of target language by native speakers, correction of errors, and formatting. Following the delivery of translated documents, we will log any comments or frequently repeated errors identified by the customer and save them on a separate tool to make sure that such errors will not resurface in the next delivery.
The process is comprised of multiple stages and engages many people, and in particular the teams of technical experts and native speakers (Japanese, American, Korean, Chinese, Portugese, Spanish, Nepali, Filipinos, Burmese, Thai, Indonesian, Cambodian, Mongolian) helps minimize the number of errors and ensure the highest level of quality of translated documents in terms of both contents and layout.
